Sillette has had Sonic electric saildrives available for a while, so I would assume that there have been a few conversions done by now. I haven't heard any reports directly from an electric saildrive owner to date.

That said, given the boat's displacement and stock 28hp diesel installation, I would think that you should be looking at drives right around the 10kW level.
