Re: [Electric Boats] Marine Heads

 

The portapotti is really the way to go for a head on boat.  We operate mostly on Tomales Bay which has no pump out facilities, so it's the only solution.  However, having had one on our 30' LION for some time, I wouldn't go to a standard (and often troublesome) marine head and holding tank if we did get pumpouts.  The porta version is easy to use, easy to empty, substantially odor free, and takes very little space.  Reccommend them to all my friends who ask me  .. or I will if any ever do ask...

I guess that range isn't the problem, it's the duration that becomes an issue after three cups if coffee...
