I was looking at Mike's figures and pondering how we compare boats (the overall system) of different sizes. One way is Wh/nm/ton based on say 4 knot speed using laden (not as built) displacement. Is that a good way to do things. If Mike's boat and assuming his 16,000 lbs is as built rather than laden, I get 59 Wh/nm/ton @ 4 Knots? Is your 16,000 laden or unladen Mike?
