The tech thinking is right .. PV panels work better when cool, thus
using them to heat stuff is a good idea.
Will they succeed ? Probably not.
Its a new startup, and 90% of startups fail.
Time will tell.
Best new idea I have heard in 10 years, is cooling/heating via water,
when storing power via compressor.
Theres a ted talk about it.
Solarsail is the company.
They get 70% round trip efficiency- and thats a HUGE deal.
Compressed air storage can scale to gw level, in theory.
Again, time will tell if they succeed.
