I was thinking a bit moe we should maybe use both; as built and as laden? I see standard for yours is 10,000 lbs. I sometimes wonder about the load cells on cranes and hoists. 6,000 lbs over standard seems a lot. If we use both numbers we can also compare the same kind of boats v the propulsion systems fitted. I guess to be really useful we'd need to calculate Wh/nm/ton at different speeds, say 3.5 -5 knots in half not increments? At least that way we can compare numbers for the different cruise speeds folk choose and optimise for.
