At the end of 5 years of heavy use, your batteries might be getting a little long in the tooth, but with LiFePO4 you should still have plenty of usable storage. Keep in mind that your system will leave something to be desired if you have to motor for a long distance. You can extend your range greatly, in the absence of contrary wind or current, by going slow. With a genset, figure how much charge you can put IN to the batteries, so you know how much you can USE indefinitely, and how fast you can expect to go with that power level, and decide if that is good enough for you.
On a boat that size I think I would want a hybrid system, actually. For circumnavigating it is nice to be able to motor for extended periods, if needed, I would imagine, and that is where the diesel shines. If would be difficult and costly to install enough solar charging to do what the beta would do for you, and the extra windage would affect your sail performance to windward.
If you are hardcore and only ever need the motor for maneuvering, then electric IMHO is the ONLY way to power a prop. With enough solar, and with limited use of the motor, you might never need to run the genset at all. YMMV.
