[Electric Boats] Want to look at a new charger

I haven't really been happy with my BRUSA NLG5 charger that the PO installed. It's a top rated charger for cars but has a few drawbacks when it comes to a boat. In most cases a car will be run every day. A boat may sit for a week or longer and not be run. In my case the frig. is left running drawing 4A and a sump might run occasionally. This might not sound like a big issue but the Brusa doesn't step back to its previous state like from trickle to the absorption phase, or "top it off", I have no idea why the Manufacture changed this, the earlier models did step back. In some cases the trickle may not be enough if more than 5A is drawn and then the charger just shuts off. Also the charger has a limit (you can set) on its extended run time in trickle charge. Again this is something that most car owners don't need to worry about however on a boat we run into this quite often.
So I'm throwing it out there to see if anyone has a better solution to the Brusa.
Elcon and Zevan look interesting
Requirements:
230V AC shore power to 144v DC charge
Water proof unit and temperature compensation at batteries
Good for Lead and Litho batteries (want it to be battery upgradeable)

There aren't too many out there with this power requirement so hopefully someone else may have a charger that they are happy with.

Thanks,

PS Eric, if you know someone looking for a Brusa...
