G'day from Sydney!
I am in the process of converting a 17ft timber displacement putt putt to electric drive. The old motor has just been pulled out and i'm about to order the elecrtic kit so I thought i'd throw my plans out there to the forum for feedback. The boat is shaft drive so I intend to have a direct drive onto the shaft. The 24V kit that I'm planning on using includes:
Perm PMG-132 Motor, PM4825 Sigmadrive 4Q Controller and cycle analyst 2.23.

If anyone has had any experience with these in a similar boat would love to hear from you.
I have added some more technical specs for my project below.
Cheers,
Pablo
