[Electric Boats] Salvage opportunity

I was at the local recycling center looking for pulleys and I tripped over most of an electric wheelchair/Rascal/etc.. It has two motors with right angle drives or gear reductions at the end. The label says Mystic Dynamic motors. 24V DC 11.5 continuous amps. That would be 276 watts per motor, or 552 total. That should be about 3/4 hp? I am working out the mental logistics for it. It has a controller and some wiring. I originally spotted it because it had a pair of large casters on a metal frame. If I can't adapt it to a boat it will turn into some kind of tool for the shop.
