Well spoken. I'm just finishing up an installation of a Thunderstruck AC34 motor replacing a 3 cyl volvo piece - of unusable iron on our 43 foot Catana cat. I have batteries that will allow a couple hours of power but it is mainly for maneuvering, we do still have another Old almost usable Volvo piece-a. Just moved the boat from Tampa bay around Florida to St Mary's GA due to insurance. The one Volvo would work at only low Rpm or over heat, and I had not completed the electric install when the schedule said we had to go. Got he electric working at about Miami and the diesel exhaust manifold water passage cleared the next day. In this few hundred mile trip we used power other than sails for about 6 hours. Seemed to work just fine by sailing 90% of the way.
