You talked about the rpm's of the motor and prop... I didn't thougt about that.
I don't have a tackometer but in my boat and engine instructions says Cruising speed at 1950rpm and full throtlle at 2450rpm. That means about 5Kts cruising and 6Kts full speed. What I dont know is if this indications about the rpm's of the engine are in the engine or inthe prop (aftyer the reduction box). I'm going to check that.
