I'd also recommend to save yourself time and money if going your own route, that you buy his book. It might not be cheap but the price does come off a drive, if you purchase from him. I would have fitted one of Jame's drives but space and capital cost were an issue for me in the early days with my conversion. Like the other companies that post here such as Mike and Sally, they have all learned the hard way and come up with very good products.
Like you I chose though to do my own and have really enjoyed it. My own private conversion below.
