F.i.: Alltrax and Curtis give wiring set ups, but only for series motors (which my Perm 132 is not, as far as I know) or for complete standard configurations like Yamaha Go-Carts or so. Alltrax gives a wiring set up for a permanent magnet motor, but in this drawing it says 'main contactor'(left center in drawing) and 'reverse switch'. Can someone help mr by saying how I should see and read this? Is this 'reverse switch' actually the Allbright DC 182? It leaves three questions to me:

Your kit is almost the same as my boat - except I used a reversing
relay and main contactor from Kelly Controls.
Take the series motor drawing (AXE-Plug Brake with reverse -
Doc100-048), delete A1 and A2 from the motor and A2 from the controller
and their associated connections. (Use white out or something on them
and their wires if you wish!). The wire from B+ from the controller that
on that drawing goes to A1 on the motor, instead goes to the terminal
marked + on the reversing relay. The rest is the same.
The Perm magnet motor drawing is incomplete (Doc100-047), it leaves
the reversing relay wiring 'to your imagination'.
I keep Doc100-048 with my boat, even though it's not are 'series plug
brake' motor/controller combo.
I have an email some where from Alltrax saying not to make the motor
leads too short and put a loop in them. Apparently the Perm motor
doesn't have enough inductance for the Alltrax. Just making the leads
long and putting one loop in them is enough.
