 just a thought,

have you seen this motor used on 48v before

Usually electric motors are used in apps where they are intentially un stressed

Using 48V could  increase the throughput by up to 70%

Brush wear aand heating start to become an big issue do you have any plans for water cooling of the brushes  and can?
