Hi Anton,
You're looking for Lenco Troll'n tabs. A bit pricey, but sweet controls...

Subject: Re: [Electric Boats] Tab Thrusters?
Hi Anton,
As far as I can tell, there isn't any product sold by the trolling motor companies as a "tab thruster".
The closest thing that I could find are the "engine mount" motors that Minn Kota sells. These are designed to be mounted on the upper side of the cavitation plate of an ICE outboard for slow speed manuevering without starting the engine. I guess that one could mount these motors on trim tabs, but I don't believe that most trim tabs are designed to have all of the boat's motor thrust pushing through the tab's hinges and adjustment mechanism. I guess that as long as the thrust is kept low, then a sturdy trim tab should be able to take the load, but that's an experiment that somebody else needs to do. Personally, I would look towards a normal transom mount motor. That type of motor will work reliably just like it was designed to do.
