upload them to the group site not email.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/electricboats/  select photos from the side menu then select add photo from the top right.  If it is more than a photo and you want to add to the files of the site then select that from the left side menu.

As I recall photos are not permitted on the emails to this list.
