Due to a set of issues, my motor install has been postponed a number of years. As a result, the set of LiOn 100ah cells has been sitting on a shelf since March 2015. There are 16 x 3v cells, never connected, never installed, never charged. Are they still good? Or am I out the money and the batteries? Here in Honolulu HI there is a likely battery tech shop, so if there are any suggestions for tests etc. that would be welcome. The system looked tidy, "Elite Battery 300AH 48v system, 2 15A chargers 48v, 16 100AH cells, full EMS".
