I've used the 60A PWM controller for a few hours now. It runs much cooler than the 40A controllers did, even without a cooling fan. Both of the 40A controllers overheated at the relays that controlled direction, but this 60A pack doesn't have a direction switch. I don't miss it because the trolling motor is easy to rotate for reverse thrust.
