It is great to hear that customer service still lives! I have a 1" wide, tooth belt, with teeth in a chevron pattern on my 27' sailboat. I went to a local power transmission shop, who gave me the number to Goodyear tech support. I told him what I had, and he got back to me a few days later with the appropriate part numbers. It is still going strong 3 years later.
