I have a 24v electric trolling moter
Works ok except when I twist the throttle
It seem to just do nothing then about half way throttle it suddenly jumps and powers the dingy
Then keep on twisting the throttled it dies
So only 1 spot where the moter works
I haven't taken it apart but guessing the pot or rheostat need cleaning or replacement??
Also the mini Kota has a big gap 1/2"? between the top of the housing and the lower part of the 'head' should this be taped up so water dosnt get in it or left open for cooling
