[Electric Boats] How to pass (and seal) power cables through cockpit

 

I recently purchased a Torqeedo Cruise 2.0 tiller version for experimental use in two separate boats (Capri 22 and Cape Dory 25) both which use an outboard.

The Torqeedo has a high-current quick disconnect plug between the motor and the extension to the battery. The red power cable also has a high-current ON-OFF switch.

Previously, I have used a Minn Kota Endura 50 with the Marinco bulkhead power plug/socket quick disconnect.

My two questions:

1) Does anyone know a source to purchase the high-current quick disconnect plug other than Torqeedo's extender cable?

2) How can one properly seal the cables passing through the bulkhead?
