[Electric Boats] Wind & Solar CONTROLLER SOLUTIONS

Well all,
The genigreenelectric made it to the Miami Strictly Sail boat show docks and with all the 144Vdc systems on board we had some great visitors. The Kennex then returned to Marathon under sail, regeneration, and in three days with a following wind most of the time and 4-5 knots. We installed the prototype wind turbine and the folks at FTC energy will not communicate after making a prototype that we found had not limiting voltage regulation.
The controllers on the EMotion Hybrids System have a Volt range that the wind turbine, at 192 Volts, back fed and destroyed. (yes it hurts as a new controller had to be purchased). I am requesting advice, solid input, and solutions. I want this turbine to work (you tube video will show it spins like a ban chi). If somebody is better at finding our what they made, knocking it off, or solving a controlling problem economically I am in.

I will have a hard top in two weeks that will have two lumntra 395 Watt, in series at 190 volts open voltage solar array. I will have a wind turbine that still needs some testing but cannot be plugged into my system yet. I want a controller two handle both wind and sun to my 144-168Volt DC charging systems.

I know some disagree with higher voltages but you can lay your hand on the motors at 25 amps, it's a one-one system. Yes we are higher but well woth the investment.

BTW my first charter, with a customer who had sailed 4 times the Kennex when she was diesel, is now looking for a retrofit project in a 39-44' cat with end of life engines...lets put action where we speak and give him the options in a manufacturing standpoint.

My kennex without a drop of fuel left boot key harbor in Marathon and sailed at 7.2 average knots for 47 miles to key west harbor. 1.3 Kw of constant regeneration. His wife loved the boat with 110 AC at 3,500 watts, the 144 V dc Air conditioner works great almost will freeze you out if you set to high. She is happy, he is happy...well guess all this effort is going to pay off. Help me find solutions so that we all win.

BTW the kennex starting May first will leave Marathon for a multi-stop trip up the west coast of florida to new orleans. Jump-on a day and overnight and then off is $125 per night, membership is required.
