The Prop is a 6.3 inch,5 blade SS jet drive prop.top range is 4800-5300 rpm. The boat needs 4500 to get on plane then can be cut back. I'm looking to use a 36 0r 48 volt series dc golf cart type, rpms of 3600 to 4200. I can up the voltage to increase rpms to get out of hole then cut back to continous motor rating or less.

At present I'm looking into a variator (yahama T-max type) to give me the rpms.
