Kevin,
Did you look at the PowerCheq system for equalization? Seems to be a little more expensive but I like the idea of constant equalization. I also have the Solomons motors, 2 SI74’s with a 144v system.

E/S.V. Green 28' sloop has a Soloman ST37 And 12X12V AGM 31's . Great motor no gears required. Sweet spot is 4X4 ,thats 4 amps x150v=600W =4MPH clean bottom no chop.
Batteries are 4 years old, They once held 152.3V but now only 149.8V. I am installing a #12 wire and a 10 fuse (very important) from each + terminal plus neg to 13 female banana plugs. I will jack my VM to test and then be able to move my 12V 50W PV to any low battery and give it a work out.
I will be very shure to keep polarity in mind. Some may consider this approch to have pitfalls but I hope to protect my $5K investment for $100
