1. I have deleted the historic dialogue to keep this message short.
2. Your Green Initiative is a Magnesium Air fuel Cell.
3. It is known to have 5x the energy density of Lithium ion rechargeable batteries, and to have a deployed energy cost that is at present 3x that of gasoline.
4. The Green Initiative battery charger is listed as good for 15 charges. That is because the charger Converts its Magnesium anode to Magnesium oxide by electron transfer through your load circuit. In essence the magnesium is the fuel, and it delivers lots of energy.
5. When the magnesium is consumed, you either replace it, or reverse the chemical reactions to regenerate it from its oxide form. The best reported efficiency here is about 70%.
6. You can find more info on line, and a good place to start is:

7. Metal air fuel cells have a future, in my opinion. The challenge is that they are all low power at this point, meaning low current per unit area of their electrodes. It is an engineering and materials science challenge to overcome that. Whoever does, has the potential to monopolize the rechargeable battery market.
8. By the way, I do believe in thermodynamics. I have taught it at the undergraduate level. I also believe in persistence as exhibited by Thomas A. Edison, the Wright Brothers, Edwin Land and many others. It is important to persist with meticulous records and it becomes profitable when focused on the proper issues. In the case of the metal air battery, the issues are anode material, cathode material, oxygen purity for the reaction and salt solution composition (electrolyte) and electrolyte purity.
9. HAVE FUN and Engage in Productive Experimenting.
