[Electric Boats] Electric Conversion-- 5500RPM-- Mechanical math Engineer needed

 

I need help finding a set up that I can use to get 5500 rpms shaft speed out of a series dc motor for conversion from 2 cycle ICE to DC motor. Any math Genius that can help? --I have paramaters, and possibilities--this is not a trolling motor problem.
