Re: [Electric Boats] Portable Generator

I have certainly heard of Honda, understand the product quality, reliability with that Supplier.
"Boily" ???? This is a Chinese Mfr., I have nothing to base the performance of this product on.
I have read numerous stories regarding the current state of Quality Control from Chinese Mfrs.
The only way you'll find out is to go ahead and invest in it, try it, see what happens.

While it provides more power than a Honda 2000 it is still heavier and larger. The Honda 2000 weighs 47 lbs and I can pick it up with one hand. I would also wonder about it's noise level and how clean the power is compared to the Honda. IMO right now the Honda units are the gold standard in terms of reliability and noise. That might change but, the Boily  would still be too big to put on my 30 foot sailboat.

Really! no comments on this generator?
Half the weight and cost of Honda or Yammy.

Ok, I'll make one then.

If what that link says is true I am buying one!
Hell, maybe I'll get two!
