[Electric Boats] Hull extension for jon boat and Torqeedo

At full speed my jon boat, intended for planing, wastes a lot of energy making stern waves since the Torqeedo doesn't have enough power to plane the boat. So, I built a hull extension to turn it into a displacement boat. It adds about 3' to the waterline length and improves trim since it provides some much needed buoyancy aft.

Sadly, there was no improvement at full speed: 5.7 mph before and after.

Things improved a little bit at 3/4 speed: 4.5 mph before, 4.7 mph after.

The greatest improvement was at 1/2 speed: 3.6 mph before, 4.3 mph after. At this speed the stern wake is very smooth. This is probably the actual hull speed and the best speed for the greates range.

I suspect greater performance across the board when I have two grandkids on the bow seat!
