I'm new in this discussion but had an expensive experience thinking that the BMS system provided protection from overcharging. On the very first charge cycle on a large set of LiFeP 24 volt packs they virtually all got cooked. The preset charger voltage was apparently 10V too high (on 144V strings). Any way to salvage them?
