You're right, I bought the E-Xpert Pro HV. I was able to source it from a vendor that focuses more towards the EV crowd, Evolve Electrics in Colorado. They provided excellent, quick service. If I remember correctly, there were a few different US based EV vendors that carried the product. I picked Evolve because they had the best combined net price (including tax and shipping) for the charger, meter and accessories that I wanted.
I haven't experienced any problems with the meter yet, so I can't speak to the company's customer service.

Just curious were you able to buy the unit here in the U.S.? I will sing the praises of TBS who make similar units for companies like Xantrex which are sold in the U.S. Xantrex whose poor customer service almost cost me an extra $300 when the display on my XBM battery monitor failed two years ago. TBS was able to supply me with a new display for $15 plus a wire transfer fee.
