I don't have any direct experience with them, but it appears that they are standard saltwater trolling motors and props. These are mounted on retractable mounts in a fixed direction and the "steering" appears to be coordinated throttle between the two motor assemblies.
What I would expect is max speed around 3 knots with limited manueverabilityfor a long waterline boat. They appear to publish any technical data about their drives, their "specs" look more like a sales brochure. Nothing on their site discusses the type of motor controller, but if it is PWM, then the drive efficiency should be similar to better trolling motors. If they use resistive controllers, then the overall drive efficiency will be fairly low.
Maybe someone that has seen them in action can shed some light on this product.
