I had a 110W flexible panel and a cheap PWM charge controller, with an 80AH battery and a similar trolling motor. I got more than two hours at full speed, and the battery would recharge in two days. This was in Vancouver, where it's often cloudy. The minimum draw from the motor was I think 7A, so I guess the panel could provide enough energy to slowly push you home. It should be fine, but bring a paddle along anyway.
