Just finished my eighth season with a Thoosa 9000 system on my 30 foot sailboat. My longest trip under electric propulsion alone so far has been 40 miles starting out under battery for several hours and then switching to hybrid operation using a Honda 2000 generator and my 900 watt Zivan NG-1 battery charger. It could have been longer but, I reached my destination. I chronicle that experience here:
