Hmmm, I think there's possibly something wrong with the (upper end at least) numbers. Those speed-kW numbers would indicate a linear relationship, at least to 9.5kn and there's no indication at that speed of it going non-linear.
While narrow cats don't have the oft cited hull speed issues, I can't see the speed-power required being linear in the upper range.
I wonder whether they're calculated or observed...
