Hi all --
We recently had a baby and are selling the boat I converted to electric several years ago. The new potential owner wants to convert her back to diesel since he's going to race the boat and the race committee will not allow electric engines.
I'm enquiring with the group:
1. would there be interest in a used, but well cared for turn-key electric system, and;
2. what price range would you expect to purchase a system for?
The sale of the boat has not gone through so these items are not for sale yet. I'm just trying to get a sense of interest since if I can sell some of this, I might be able to work with the buyer on price a bit. :)
Here are the system specs:
Electric Yacht QuietTorque™ 20.0 Electric Motor in great shape. Purchased/installed 9/2013. Probably 200 hours total on her since she's not used much. There's a new controller (as of 10/2016)

I've also got spare parts (late 2018) for quick DIY repair if needed (have not needed) including, new controller, new 10.0 Kw engine (1/2 of the 2-unit config), spare throttle, etc.
I also have a 400 Ah AGM battery bank (8 6v batteries for a 48v bank) that are in good shape (kept in float by a solar array). These are the batteries (purchased/installed 4/2017):

And also a set of solar panels and MPPT controller (8/2016).
2x the older 260 version of these:

Thanks in advance,
