One thing to keep in ind is the Peukert effect of flooded lead acid batteries. Our boat has a 190 amp battery pack, but only about half of that is usable. With lithium, almost all of the 180 amps is usable, so by going to the lithium 180 ah from the 190 ah FLA's, you have already almost doubled your range.
