hi mick, its easy to see can trances. connect all devices to can bus, that is evcc, bms, and charger. Plug in your pc to the serial Port of the evcc. Turn everything on. Open putty in your computer and type in trance can. Take a screenshot of this and send to me. Please take a look at the evcc manaul if any of this does not make sense to you. Brian
