Thanks for the lead James, I’ll check them out. As for the equipment, chargers and inverters are available now for 144v systems thanks to the EV world.

I think Genasun makes a MMTP with an output of 144v, check there site: http://www.genasun.com/solarproducts.shtml
But your options will be slim, that is the exact reason that I avoided a high voltage traction pack the picking are meager for chargers, inverters, and pretty much everything except controller and motors. But on the plus side your motor and controller choices go through the roof.

System:
144v Propulsion Pack at 210AH
12v House bank at 640AH fed from the Propulsion bank (144v to 12v)
I want to add 2 maybe 3 210w solar panels on the davits. I of course would like to go to both the House and Propulsion banks once one or the other is fully charged and then anything still being generated at the solar panels is available to go to house "on" items. As far as I can tell I'd have to step up the output at the panels to 144v and go directly to the Propulsion bank then feed off it as usual however I haven't been able to find anything that would step the voltages up to 144v. Does this sound like the way to go? I don't think I can get panels up to that voltage but then I haven't checked either.
I have buss bars already to except the Regen and Genset power. If the above is correct would the MPPT controller get wired at this point?
Forget about it being 144v, but a general systems question. So you are sailing along running the toaster oven and notice it's got the batteries down to 50%. Your regenerating a few Amps and the solars are also generating a few and then you kick on the Honda (output is 48v). Your getting 3 points of power at 48v each going to the same buss bar and then to the batteries. What voltage is going to the batteries? My Mind says to multiply the voltages by 3 (series?) but that can't be right. Kind of brain dead on this rainy day.
Is there anything different running solar to AGM's vs. LiFePO4's? I don't want to do this twice.
