Albert,
After looking at the description, I have a couple questions.
1, have you any idea what might be needed to "repair" the ones listed in this email?
2, If they were working, The marketing info suggests it has a battery on board its frame. Is this actually the battery bank on my boat?
3, Since I currently have no AC loads, does this then function as a full DC genset with only a "tap" so-to-speak, for an optional AC load?
4, What is the DC charging capability?
and
5, Since this is charging DC, can the engine speed vary to meet load demands?
I have calculated a load demand of about 3.5K at economy cruise at 75% of hull speed. It would be nice to find something that could actually make power instead of just prolong the drain time.
I am very interested in the 2 inop units as I like a challenge. You can contact me directly @ dhennis@centurytel.net.
I am in the Central U.S., hope that is not an issue.

Subject: [Electric Boats] Re: Current 48 VDC alternator/generator options
Dan I would probably take $700.00 CDN each for them. I actually have three of them. I also have two 48v models of https://youlung.fm.alibaba.com/product/50014745997-0/5000wVA_3000W_Pure_sine_wave_generator_DC_48V.html
The later proved not very well made but worked well if one could only keep the rain out of the electronic components. They no longer function.
For the AlphaGen's I can ship wherever and however you like.
