Sailboats are slim, slippery, and low volume.
They work very well with very low power levels, at lower speeds.
Likely, something around 1 kW in typical power use will give you a decent low-speed result.
2.3 knots sounds about right.
This is also about the same as any nr of experiences, here, and elsewhere.
