Hello!! Excited to have found a formidable group of electric propulsion enthusiasts!! I am about to embark on a conversion to my 31 foot 1977 New Bombay Clipper pilothouse sailboat. Looking at HPEVS AC9 or 15 or Thunderstruck's 10KW or 12.5KW kits. I have 12 AGM 12V, 280 watt, 75ah batteries already (48V or 72V,, hhmmm). Looking for feedback. The old 25hp Westerbeke is gonna start getting pulled tmrw. 11ft beam, 14000lbs, extra long keel draws 7.5ft.
