Our primary tender during our seven years of cruising was a SeaCycle.

We went out in conditions that inflatables feared to tread.
I considered it the ideal tender for our 10m Seawind catamaran.
No problem sustaining 3-5 knots for hours on end while pedalling. We're fit, but not super atheletes.
I tried both a Torqeedo 2.0 and 4.0R on the SeaCycle.
Just dug up some old spreadsheets and here are a few uncalibrated data points for the nominally 24v battery:
5A 2.2kts
10A 3.4kts
33A 5.0kts
For the 4.0R running off lithiums at around 53vdc, uncalibrated. Speed is GPS
100W 2.5kts
200W 3.4kts
300W 3.8kts
500W 4.5kts
Topped out at 7.7kts at around 1730W
The 4.0R was good fun, but much too powerful.
Cute experiment, but we preferred pedalling.
