[Electric Boats] converting canal boat

 

i have a 25 ft aluminium ex lifeboat and looking at the possibility of converting to elctric. it is powered by 4 hp outbord at moment.I have the original propshaft any ideas would be helpfull. I have very limited knowledge of electric powered boats, any other e mail sites ishould lookat
