I can't speak to this supplier's price or delivery time or trustworthiness,
but they have 60Ah LFP cells at 1.2Kg.  That's right at 160Wh/kg, so you
could use that as a 'representative' row in your spreadsheet (minus costs)
for the prismatic option.  Then try to refine it with more available options.

Finding directly-orderable cells of comparable energy density isn't panning
out for me so far.  Electric Car Parts has some 60Ah Fortune cells, but they're
$85 each and weigh 1.7kg.

Using the extra four cylindrical cells as a 12V accessory battery is a good idea.

I think I have this spreadsheet calculated properly.
I have not added any prismatic cells and no shipping costs are included.
Note: I would have to purchase 16 SAB cells at $480 as they are sold in 8 packs. But I could build a 12-volt pack for my electronics! ;)
