My controllers are continuously variable PWMs. The motors are fixed, each mounted in a pair of aluminum flanged collars for floor mounting railings. The boat is skid steered. Because the motors are centrally mounted, it will pivot on its center axis.
Are you running 55# thrust 12V motors at 24V?
