this is reduced by having the forward aft balance point sinking the hulls equally, having the COG as low as possible also reduce roll and pitch.
once you are seated the motor trim should keep things fairly stable
a traditional method of reducing pitch on displacment hulls is a strake/fin mounted under water, along the hull like a horizontal fin, relative to the running attitude of the boat.

or you could use passive of active surfaces which sit just above the water line but act to create lift when either of the hull begins to submerge. it doesnt need to be complex. Surf skis often use an anti-dive nose plate. the one in the pic below is moulded, but no issues with an attachment to acheive same
