I didn't find the inconsistency between the spec on the sale site and the spec sheet I found at
https://www.powerfilmsolar.com/media/products/EZGO_TXT_PowerDrive_Golf_Car_Solar__BB3D8A7A86885.pdf
I don't understand the inconsistency involving 45W, 15.4V, and the product size.
The product of Imax of 2.9 and Vmax of 15.4 is 45 W if you round it up. The I-V curve on the spec sheet gives higher numbers, but it's probably a cherry-picked I-V curve or one generated with the solar simulator set to more than one sun intensity. 45 W from a 1.1 m^2 area is 4.0% efficiency which is reasonable for a-Si. You'll get much more power per unit area from mono- or poly-Si, but without the feature of flexibility that doesn't cause a reduction of power output.
Cheers,
Halden
