John, APC 11x6 is indeed a model airplane prop. The one I have has held up well. The sport props seem to be the stoutest, and the electric props the thinnest. I think it has to do with the torque characteristics of different kinds of model airplane engines. You can get either tractor or pusher props. Pusher will have the same orientation as your trolling motor prop does now (aft prop). The spinner is for streamlining, and is especially important since my prop is pulling. I did that because of where the down shaft is mounted. It was too far back to leave room for fairing behind. With the prop pulling, the shaft is hear the front.
