That is AWESOME!!! How big is it? Do you have a mechanical drawing of the prop, or just the STL file? What software did you use to lay out the prop?
You could always claim it sets up a "ripple flow" that is optimized for your application, and PATENT IT!!!
LOL!
Seriously, don't worry about the surface yet. Put it in the water and see if it will begin to hold up to the stress of running. My fear is that the blades may shear off very easily.
If the blade proves strong enough to survive operation at speed, then you can worry about how smooth the prop is. In that case, I would suggest you collect a set of stats with the prop as it is now (run the boat at a full set of input power ranges, and record the speed on GPS at each power step), then smooth the prop out, re-run, and compare the data. Just a wild guess - but it might not make that much difference.
For smoothing out the surface, you could fill the prop with "filled epoxy", or even Bondo. Bondo is pretty easy to work with, and somewhat sandable for fairing.
But again, it would be REALLY COOL to get before and after performance data to see if there is any difference, and whether it is a degradation or improvement. You just might be on your way to a patent after all!! <grin>

Propeller is finished, made from PETG; On the lower part (the back of the wings) there was a lot of stuffed material, that I managed to remove with the scalpel; My dilemma is the chest surface of the propeller wing, it is fine and smooth but there are thin shallow channels. If the propeller is from ABS, it might be something to do with acetone. I think that the propeller wil be work good. I'll do the test and measure how many amps will be the dc motor took
