[Electric Boats] Re: ELCO motors

 

I sell and support Elco along with Electric Yacht, Parsun and Torqueedo motors. Elco is alive and well. I can not tell you how many systems they are selling but the systems are well engineered and towards the higher end of the price scale. The company was founded in the 1892 but really is a different company restarted in the last 6 years.
Hunter still has them in their boats as a power option. Two basic form factors systems with v ranging fro 48v to 144v.
